Bright Yamoah is a seasoned finance professional with a distinguished career in capital markets,  corporate finance, and strategic financial management. As Chief Financial Officer of CIPA Holdings  Group, he brings institutional-grade financial leadership with specialized expertise in structuring complex financing solutions for growth-stage companies while maintaining rigorous financial discipline and compliance.

With over 15 years of experience in Ghana’s financial sector, Mr. Yamoah has advised on transactions exceeding US $15 billion, including sovereign Eurobond issuances and large-scale corporate debt programs. His deep understanding of capital markets is complemented by hands-on experience in designing innovative financing structures, optimizing capital efficiency, and aligning financial strategies with long-term business sustainability.

A Chartered Accountant with a background at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Mr. Yamoah ensures that  CIPA adheres to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) while maintaining robust internal

controls and governance practices. His audit experience across multiple African markets informs his approach to financial transparency, risk management, and strategic accountability.

Mr. Yamoah also leads CIPA’s engagement with strategic partners, lenders, and investors, overseeing the company’s financial planning, covenant compliance, and reporting requirements.
