Founder’s Message

Kwaku Osei-Sarpong Founder, Vice President & Chief Executive Officer – CIPA Holdings Group

Africa stands at a defining moment.

The continent’s economic growth, demographic momentum, and industrial ambition require infrastructure that is not only built quickly, but built intelligently resilient to climate risk, aligned with global sustainability standards, and structured to attract long-term capital.

CIPA was founded to address a persistent gap in Africa’s development landscape: the disconnect between policy ambition, capital availability, and execution capacity. Too often, viable projects fail not because of vision, but because of weak structuring, fragmented partnerships, or limited institutional discipline. Our mission is to bridge that gap.

We built CIPA as an integrated infrastructure platform, one that brings together project development, financial structuring, engineering execution, and ESG governance under a single institutional framework. Our approach is simple: projects must be bankable, climate-aligned, and socially inclusive.

Across renewable energy, storage, infrastructure, real estate, climate-smart agriculture, public-private partnerships, industrial systems, and digital infrastructure, we focus on delivering assets that power economies, enable industry, and expand opportunity. Every project is designed with long-term value in mind for governments, investors, communities, and future generations.

Our growth has been partnership-driven. We work alongside governments, development finance institutions, private investors, technology providers, and local enterprises to mobilize capital responsibly and execute with discipline. Trust, transparency, and performance are non-negotiable.

Beyond infrastructure, we are equally committed to people. Through the CIPA Foundation and our project-integrated impact model, we embed youth employment, gender inclusion, skills development, and local capacity building into our delivery framework. Infrastructure must translate into opportunity.

Africa’s transition to a low-carbon, digitally enabled economy will define this generation. It requires bold thinking, innovative financing, and institutional credibility. CIPA is committed to being a trusted platform in that transition building systems that endure, partnerships that scale, and solutions that create measurable impact.

We are not simply constructing assets. We are shaping a resilient, inclusive, and prosperous future for Africa.

I invite you to partner with us in that journey.
