Kwame Jantuah is a seasoned lawyer and energy-policy expert with over three decades of experience across Africa’s legal, energy, and infrastructure sectors. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the African Energy Consortium and as Vice Chairman of Ghana’s Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC), where he played a critical role in promoting transparency and accountability in the management of petroleum revenues.
He currently chairs the Oil & Gas Sector of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and serves on the Board of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, bringing deep governance, industry, and regulatory insight to CIPA’s leadership.

Rev. Allan Okomeng-Mensah is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and Contract Specialist with over four decades of experience delivering major infrastructure projects across Africa. As President of CIPA Holdings Group, he provides strategic oversight and governance leadership, ensuring disciplined execution, cost efficiency, and value-for-money delivery across the Group’s climate-resilient infrastructure portfolio, with a strong focus on solar energy, distributed generation, and energy transition projects.
He is also the Founder and CEO of Ecobuild Consult, a leading Ghanaian multidisciplinary construction and cost consultancy, which serves as a technical partner within CIPA’s ecosystem—providing cost engineering, project management, and contract advisory services that strengthen project bankability, risk allocation, and lifecycle performance across solar, energy, and infrastructure projects.

With nearly two decades of experience across financial services, education, and nonprofit sectors, she has led enterprise-wide transformation, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
A Chartered Marketer and governance-focused leader, Akua strengthens CIPA’s institutional capacity, enabling scalable, efficient, and accountable project delivery across its Pan-African operations.

Emmanuel Kwesi Padi is Executive Director for Sustainable Energy Services at CIPA Holdings Group, leading the Group’s clean energy execution strategy across solar, distributed generation, and utility-scale projects. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of CIPA Energy Resources, overseeing project implementation, engineering coordination, and operational performance across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale portfolios.
With over 15years experience in electrical engineering and sustainable energy systems, he brings strong technical leadership to the delivery of scalable, climate-aligned infrastructure. He holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA and a BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from KNUST, and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energy Engineering at Simon Fraser University.

She currently serves as Atlanta Market President at Unity National Bank and is the Founder and Managing Partner of 1 Ignite Capital LLC, where she provides capital-raising and structured financing solutions for institutional and emerging-market clients.
Ms. Lopes Thomas has advised governments, DFIs, and multinational corporations on infrastructure finance and PPP structuring, and has held advisory roles with institutions including Georgia Institute of Technology and Kennesaw State University.

Ricky Huyser is an accomplished renewable-energy executive and technical innovator with extensive experience in solar, hybrid energy systems, and battery energy storage projects across Southern Africa. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Clear Watt and Managing Director of Auto Evolve Concepts (AEC), delivering clean, reliable, and scalable power solutions for commercial, industrial, and utility clients.
Mr. Huyser has led and advised on numerous solar PV, hybrid, and energy-storage projects across South Africa, Namibia, and the wider region. His expertise spans system design, EPC oversight, technology integration, and performance optimization.
As a Senior Advisor to CIPA Holdings Group, he provides execution-focused guidance on energy systems architecture, clean-technology deployment, and delivery readiness, strengthening the Group’s renewable-energy and hybrid-power portfolio. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Averi Capital Limited, a Dubai-based investment firm providing capital and structured financing solutions for infrastructure, resources, and industrial projects across Africa. He also leads Oiltec, reflecting his focus on capital deployment and project development within the energy sector.
Mr. Boamah has previously served as a Founding Partner at TLG Capital Partners and has been associated with Gemcorp Africa, contributing to cross-border investment between Middle Eastern capital and African markets. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ghana.

Eric Tenkorang is a Franco-Ghanaian digital infrastructure and systems integration specialist with over 30 years of experience across telecommunications, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and mission-critical systems.
He has led multi-million-dollar deployments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting telecom operators, financial institutions, and aviation authorities. His expertise includes high-availability systems, data infrastructure, secure networks, and cross-border technology integration, with experience spanning firms such as INEO ES (SUEZ Group), CMC Networks, Gateway Communications, and ONIX Data Centres.
Mr. Tenkorang holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and is bilingual in French and English.
